It's not super Adam... it's "To Incredible And BEYOND" :) I just looked at your blog and I love your pictures. Speaking of you on that Body for life thing... I think you look great (you always do). I love you and it was so nice talking to you last night... and Josh. I haven't talked to him in a long time. For some reason the conversation that Josh and I had reminded me of the time that I first met Josh and me and you were just cracking up on the Couch and he was sitting there laughing at us. That was a good time. Love you
I love the crazy hair. And I admit that I am a tad bit jealous that you get to go to all the cool big cities like DC. We need to plan a trip to come and see you guys!
I do love that picture at the end. Great photo. I love seeing pics of you and the boys. Y'all are such cuties! I know being in those big cities is super fun but I think you should think smaller like...fayetteville. :)
The day was cold but the sun was shnning so we took advantage of the pleasant weather. 
Adam is not afraid to bust out the moves. Super Adam to the rescue.
I wish I could take credit for the photagraphy. I love the framing.
